Mike Sparks
A relatively new official to the WWF. He hardly ever officiates title matches or at PPV's but is usually the main official on Sunday Night Heat and leading to the PPV's. He is also the son in law of Dave Hebner
He is insulted continuously insulted when PS Micheal Hayes does commentary i.e saying his mum must be so ugly of Mike Sparks is so ugly.
